We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and not worn

  • With all original parts included (bag + detachable base + accessories)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: Returns will not be accepted if any part of the product is missing or damaged due to misuse.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

⚠️ Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately with photos or videos, and we will resolve the issue quickly (replacement or refund).

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Missing components (such as the detachable base or accessories)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order after your return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
